You will get paid through the Posted! app via Stripe, our payment processor. In order to work a job, you were required to create an account with Stripe. A job payment will appear in your bank account or on the statement for your debit card that you linked to your Stripe account. You can always view earnings by viewing your Stripe Express account. You can access this via the Profile tab in the Posted! app.

Payments take anywhere from 2-9 business days to reach your bank account (or card linked to your Stripe account). The time it takes to receive the payment depends on the company for which you are performing the gig job. However, you should receive the payment within 9 business days after the job. A badge is a symbol that you have the training required for specific jobs. Some jobs may require that you have a badge to sign up. You can earn this badge by attending a training session linked to that badge. After attending the training session, you will have the badge and be able to sign up for jobs that require it in the future.

Some jobs require training before hand. Users who have attended the required training session earn a badge that allows them to sign up for those type of jobs in the future. If you are interested in working these jobs in the future, attend a training session to earn this badge!

You can turn off email notifications by: 1) visiting ‘Profile” and unchecking the ‘Receive Email Notifications’ checkbox or 2) clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of an email from the Posted! app

Yes, you can remove yourself from a job up to 24hrs before the job itself. However, try to refrain from removing yourself at the last minute, as staff are counting on you to show up!

If you do not show up for a job that you are signed up for, you will eceive a ‘Strike’. If you receive 3 Strikes, you will no longer be able to sign up for jobs. If you believe you have mistakenly received a strike, please contact support at support@postedsoftware.com.

Yes, as a user on the Posted! app, you are working as an independent contractor. This means you get to decide when to work, where to work, and who to work for.

No, Posted Software is simply a platform to connect interested workers with gig jobs. Workers on the app do not work for Posted Software or the business that is posting the gig. Users work as independent contractors and choose when to work, where to work, who to work for, and more.
